This two characters that related one to another can be improved by many ways such as training, reading and skill mastery. In developing your confidence and leadership, skill mastery is a highly required aspect. Skill mastery itself is a deep and specific mastery of some fields for a particular purpose. Not just skills about work, general knowledge and business, skill mastery also a mastery of some non-academic fields that related to hobby and passion such as arts, sports, games, etc. What are the benefits of having skill mastery?

1. Self confidence

Skill mastery can improve your confidence in a huge scale, for example, when you talking to other person about a topic, especially when you have a deep knowledge about your topic, you don't have to feel inferior because you know nothing, instead you will feel more dominant and feel like you're the smartest person in the room because of your knowledge that above others. In a business negotiation, if you master your materials and have skill mastery about your field that being offered, you will feel more comfortable and confident and you can get a positive result in your business negotiation. Your vast knowledge will make people more likely to believe in you and respect you, trust me, humans do not value another person that says "i don't know" all the time. If you have a great knowledge about a field, people would love to hear your opinion and assume that you are a person that deserve to be a leader. For example, when you have some academic skills, generally people will think that you are a "smart" in school. And society needs a smart person to be their role model in education, work, and business. They will tend to ask you more for solutions opinions as a "specialist", if you provide nice answers, the feedback you'll get is respect.

Your relation will grow along with your skill improvement, let's just take an example, in music (art), the higher is your skill, the more people will be interested in you and will try to know you in some defferent purposes, maybe want to colaborate with you, maybe want to be taught by you, or maybe just eager to have a relation with "cool" people like you. In a business and work perspective, skill mastery surely will increase your credibility which is good for your career path. If you are an accountant, accounting is your job, but if you have some skills at management, marketing, human resources management, etc. Your career path is tend to be going up and you will more likely to be promoted.

How to improve your skill mastery? Actually it's kinda hard to be explained, because skill mastery is a mastery of your passion that only you the person know how to improve your skill. But we have some tips that hopefully improve your skill mastery in an effective way.

1. Learn without shame
You don't need to feel stupid if you have less skill, nothing instant, it's better to be humiliated but you'll learn something from it than don't know anything for the rest of your life. Asking is a good thing to do if you want to improve your skills.

2. Learn from many resources
Reference is an important thing, you have to make sure that the things you have studied are true. Feeling confidence in a wrong belief is worse than not knowing anything.

3. Don't stop learning
No need to be explained, your passion should lead you to master your skills. If you have another important thing to do, you still have to take some time to do your passion and improve it.

If you don't have any skill, we suggest you to not feel inferior, skill is not a thing that obtained since childhood.
