Working is one of the human's main task that we have to do to make a living, where the average humans work from 20 year old to 55 year old. Nobody want to risk that time for nothing just because we don't like our job or our job doesn't pay anything. Synergy and balance in passion, skills, financial and mission are required in selecting and doing your dream job. This article will give you a little vision about selecting your dream job based on the consideration of your passion, skills, financial and mission.

1.Passion

Passion is the most important thing in choosing a job, you absolutely don't want to work a job that you don't like for years and years that you will regret in the old days. It's just as same as wasting your time. Select a job based from your passion that you love and you've been doing for years. A job based from passion more likely to make you happy, more productive and effective in doing the job, so your career path will tend to be going up instead of going down.

2.Financial

The main reason why is a human need a job, to be paid! The more money we make, the better it gets right!? Of course! It must be. Maybe.... Umm, actually not really. As we explained in the beginning of this article, you have to balance the factors in job selecting, you don't pick a job just because the financial factor. Don't do job that pays well but make you suffer. A job that pays well is not always a good job, but a good job is always pasys well even not from the financial perspective.

3.Skills

You have a job that you love and pays well? Geat! But the question is, are you good enough for that job? Do you have a skill mastery on that job? Do you eager to study more and more to improve your skill related to your job? If you don't, forget it! You have to consider your skill too in doing business or work. If you don't have the skill to do your job and you never want to learn, you will never go big, you will never be a leader. A good job is always a job that you master and eager to learn to improve your skill.

4. Mission

Mission is the social and humanity factor in selecting a job, where your responsibility for others is questioned. Do your job will make the world a better place? Or make it worse? This factor won't affect your financial neither your passion, but a job that chosen based on this factor will give you the life satisfacation and you will regret nothing. But a job that chosen not on mission factor could give you guilt that will haunt you for the rest of your life.


So, pick a job based on deep an specific consideration from the factors above. Don't pick a job you don't like, doesn't give you enough money, a job that you're not good at, nor a job that would harm the world.
